Board Certified Radiologists

		Charles A. Herbstman, MD, DABR, FACR Dr. Herbstman was born in Brooklyn, New York and attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He received his MD degree at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and his radiology training at New York Hospital-Cornell University Medical Center. Dr. Herbstman has over 20 years of post-graduate experience interpreting all imaging modalities, including general radiology, ultrasound, nuclear medicine, CAT scan and MRI.
		Susan Waks Rubinoff, MD, DABR, MACR Dr. Susan Waks Rubinoff grew up in Paramus, NJ. She received her undergraduate degree from Douglass College and earned her M.D. from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Rubinoff's radiology training at Mount Sinai Medical Center includes a body imaging fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in CAT scan and ultrasound.
Administration
		David Ciuppa, RT David Ciuppa, Center Administrator, has had more than ten years experience supervising one of the largest outpatient radiological facilities in New Jersey. He brings this level of expertise to the Radiology Center of Fair Lawn, where he oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations including supervising administrative and technical staff. He received his Radiologic Technology degree from Bergen Community College in Paramus in 1988 and has also been trained in CT, MRI, and Special Procedures.
Technologists
		All of our technologists are licensed and accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Ultrasound technologists are RDMS and RVT certified. MRI and CAT scan technologists are certified in MRI, CAT and Radiography.
